tmsmith what was rattling and what did they do? Because i have a driver side rattle and think it's the hanger but haven't figured it out yet, i actually have a thread on it as well but haven't figured it out yet. granted the exhaust is only a day old.

That was my exact problem as well. Honestly, it would be really hard for me to tell you what it was or how to fix it. I am not very car savvy and I would explain it like, "its the non-shiney metal part that was hitting the thingy. You have to cut THAT thingy off."

I'll shoot him an email or ask him when I hear from him if he could write up a little note with the things he did. No promises though.

Here where I got mine. Not sure where he is shopping, wish I had though.

Thanks! Turned out really nice. Can't wait to get some wax on it though.

I wouldn't recommend using UPS to ship bumpers again though.

My bad... I don't think the 449.00 was for the complete Ford system.  It comes with the mufflers... but I think there different head pipes.  This is what I was looking at
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dual-Exhaust-Kit-with-FRPP-GTA-Axle-back-2005-Mustang_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33630QQihZ019QQitemZ290214833186QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

I had a 10 percent off coupon that would have dropped it down to 449.00.  But I don't really think this is the right system.

If any of you are on the fence about getting this kit, trust me, just do it.  I left for work this morning and got on the gas, and I had a huge smile on my face.  My car sounds amazing! and it seems like it just keeps getting better.

I concur. Now that it's warm enough to roll the windows down a little... I am getting a much better appreciation of how nice this setup sounds.

Had mine for maybe a week and I still can't get over that its a V6.

I can't count how many people ask me whats under the hood. In fact, I'm at work today and one of my co workers asked to hear it because he just bought a V6. Looks like I conviced another fellow Stang to get it.

I already ordered mine as well and I can't wait to pull up next to that CHP again, let him tail me, pull my @ss over for my exhaust (basically is what I got pulled for last time). Now i'm gonna whip out my 50 street legal and CARB approved papers from Ford Racing... :D :D

Then he gives me a ticket instead for going 2 mph over the speed limit again... damn. J/K

Free shipping but you have to pay over weight charges or whatever they call it. Most people paid $30 but for some reason I have to pay $80. I demanded a reason but he just said thats what everyone pays... It was a little shady and bull ****.

Also, another thing I want to add. I saw a lot of people talking about how restrictive the stock muffler is, and expect a MPG increase. Well, I'm here to tell you, I experienced a 6-7 average MPG increase. I was amazed! Looks like the exhaust will pay for itself over time now with the way the gas rpcies are increasing!

No bull$h*t?  If that's true it's amazing.  Where do you do most of your driving (city/highway)?  I took about a 40 mile drive on the Garden State Parkway today and reset my mpg gauge just for s's and g's, and I got 26 mpg on cruise control at 70mph...my best economical accomplishment with this car thus far lol
