I just removed a poorly installed alarm from my 93 cobra and may have disturbed the wiper relay as no wiper systems work. I have a subscription to alldata.com and there are no loctions of the relay and I know it cannot be under the dash board as I just had the whole dash off to remove alarm and install a new neutral safety switch.

Any ideas

I don't think it has one. I would check the ground. On my 86 the ground is bolted in with one of the three wiper motor mounting bolts. Check fuses as well
