Default rear side window leaking

the rubber on my rear side windows are shot, im talking about the rubber that makes contact with the front side windows. it looks like it slid into a track on the face of the small rear side windows. does any one make this rubber and how hard is it to change, i changed every other weather peace the car when i had it painted but it figures these two peaces got overlooked.
