i've been doing alot of research and im probably going to get the tokico d-spec but i cant decide on the best springs to get... since i was gonna get the shocks and struts from you guys i thought i would ask. so if you guys could let me know of the best springs that would be great.

There is no "best"... it is all dependent on budget and function of the car. What is best for a weekend racer, may not be the best for a daily commuter.

What year/model is your Mustang? And what type of driving will you be doing?

The H&R Race Springs (http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/comersus_viewitem.asp?idproduct=305)have been a really popular choice for 03-04 Cobra owners lately, part # 51659-88. The 03-04 Cobra is heavier than the previous IRS Cobra's, so the higher spring rates of the H&R Race really support the car well, and provide a great ride quality.

The H&R Race springs only lower about 1 to 1.25 inches, but if you want to race every now and then... and have good handling to go along with the Tokico D-specs, those would be the springs I'd suggest.
