Default will my head unit from my 6 be compatible with a 460?

i have a 6er with just stock stereo and the first thing i did was upgrade my stereo. i bought a kenwood deck and a 1200w rockford amp along with a TYPE R... anyways, im looking to sell my car and i was wondering if i can take out the head unit and have it work no problem with the mach460??? if not, can i just buy a new head unit and than have my sub and amp good to go as well??

If your asking if you can put a 460 deck in your 6banger non-mach system car, then no, it will not work. The 460 deck is made to work with the 460 amp. The crappy bottom of the line radio in the 6 (which is easier to replace with aftermarket because of the lack of amp), would not have sound output if mated with a 460 deck.
