stupid sixxer

ghey sixxer

no match for V8 powah!

some people are just ignorant about the amount of cylinders they have to make up for that 2 extra inches of penis length they don't have

if you sixxer guys like your V6 that is all that matters, don't let what other people think set you off.... if you did that with everyone your life would be a hectic mess

BMW + Nurburgring = FTW!!!!!!!!

Sexy pic.  If I ever get a good career and make enough money to own a BMW, I'll have it made! (as far as cars are concerned)

^ i think it's kind of an example as to how your, as well as others, arguments make no damn sense

the new mustang looks like a muscle car which makes it gay cuz it can't back it up...you know that torinos, mustangs, chevelles, malibus, cudas, challengers, chargers, camaros, novas etc. all have "economy" roots, right?  does that mean that a straight 6 65 stang is gay cuz it doesn't have a whoppin 260 CI V8? i don't think so....i think most people are realists and know they don't NEED a v8...as i said before, a new 6 has the same numbers as a 68 390 and can blow away a 5.0 - i did it the other day...recently, performance in cars has increased in a way that hasn't been seen since the 60s...0-60 in 5 seconds for a mustang ? that's a tuned big block mopar right there (and you'd hafta know what you were doin to get it there) now you can buy some plastic and beer can metal car for more money, isn't nearly as cool, but you'll have the same performance...a 1965 shelby mustang's 0-60 is slower than the new 4.0 mustang - with some work, the 65 will smoke it, but we're talkin stock cars

this is dumb, seriously - a mustang is a mustang is a mustang -- if i was a mod...LOCK lol JK but seriously

Yeah, I knew some people were gonna be ignorant, but damn.  I had no intention for this thread to turn out like this.. sad thing is, I knew there was a good chance it would happen.

I drove a friends V6 today and although it obviously isn't as powerful as the V8 it is still a fun car.  The suspension was almost as stiff as my GT.  He's done a couple of things to his car already and I'm sure he's got a few more upgrades planned before he's done.  If I wasn't so addicted to acceleration power and that deep rumble I'd probably have one, too.

I wish it was mandatory for people to drive a v6 mustang in order to get to a v8. It would at least make people appreciate why V6's exist.

V-6 is for real drivers. Go buy a Jetta if you want gas mileage and a chicks car. Buy a V-8 Mustang if you have no driving ability and need the extra horsepower to compensate and feel like you''''''''re fast.

I went from an 8 cylinder durango to a 6 cylinder mustang. It's kinda pointless for people to argue over the internet due to 2 missing cylinders. A mustang is a mustang, be proud of what you have.

i really don't think that most people that dog on sixxers do it just because of the cylinder count.  i think its more from the hp rating and the overall appearance of the sixxers that may get them the most ****.

I know, i heard the only reason why the v6 mustang's hp are so low is that it will hurt the sales of the GT. if the numbers were close to the GT. less people would buy the GT and get the v6 instead.

that doesnt make sense, because if ford could bump up the HP in the sixxer so much that it would hurt gt sales and still not affect the price, then they could do the same for the gt and it wouldnt be one of the weakest v8s on the market....ford makes under powered vehicles because its cheap

I can't wait for the ecoboost V6 coming in the 2010 Mustang. It will be direct injected and turbo charged and have more HP than the current 4.6 V8. The 3.5L V6 will also get 2 mpg better than the current GT.

you wanna talk shioty cars...my hyundai had well over 100K, a 1.5L motor, was hit by a deer, etc.  it was a piecer, but it got 40 mpg, and was a fun lil car unless you wanted to go somewhere

2 mpg is not a big differance, and in fact my buddies 4.10 geared GT 5 speed gets better milage then my v6 auto with stock gears

also, i pay $215 a month or something around there for insurance on the 6er, im trying to buy nanakis 04 GT coupe and was quoted $205 a month for insurance

and they are also far superior to any GT as well.... and if it was left up to me they would be far superior to an SVT cobra due to build quality.... but I guess they should be looked down upon because they only have 6 pits

grow up, who are you to tell anyone what they can or cannot like?
