Default reassembly question and seals

1968 coupe - 289 V8 V2

I am about to start reassembling my coupe in the next week or so. I was reading mustang monthly and saw an AD for weatherstripping. It indicated that there are seals in for the headlight buckets, quarter panel extensions, and for the side market lights (rear qtr panels DON'T have the indent for the reflector). These seals were not present when I disassembled the car. Are these for my 68 coupe or a different year? Should I put them in regardless of what it was like when I took it all apart?
