Hi everyone! I really hate for this to be my first post. I'm not new to posting on forums and it's always annoying for some noob to come on and post something for sale and then leave and never contribue anything, but I'm not "that" guy. I want to contribue where I can... if I can. Anyway, my last vehicle was a 5.0 AWD Ford Explorer, but at the time, I needed something easy on gas, so I bought my current Cavalier. As for it's history, I bought it back in October and immediately performed a tune-up. I replaced the plugs with AutoLite platinums, changed the oil, added a K&N drop-in air filter, and replaced the two front tires with Kumho SR21s. The rear tires are Goodyear Eagle LSs with about 80% tread left. A couple weeks after that, I replaced the battery with one from Napa that has an 18-month warranty. I had the electrical system checked out to make sure nothing was up with the alternator. It turned out to just be the battery. It was the original battery. While it was holding full charge, it didn't have any cold cranking amps left... it was about 20 degrees that morning. Anyway, back to the car. It has the normal roadwear, small stone chips, and maybe a small scratch or two, but no dents, no fading, no rust, etc. From a few feet away, it looks flawless. The interior is also in very good shape. I take very good care of my vehicles and I keep them clean on both the inside and outside. The book value is between $4500-$6500 depending on how you would rate the condition. I would rate it on the high end and I'm sure anyone else would do the same. I'd like to get $4000 for it or trade for a Mustang GT... preferably a 94+ automatic. I might also consider other trades. I know I don't "need" a Mustang, but it sure would be fun. I could probably use a 4x4 more... As much as I like a 5-speed, my fiance can't drive one and has no will to learn, so that is out of the question. Oh yeah, I should also note that when I had the tires put on, I noticed that the car has Monroe struts that appear to have been replaced recently. 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier Automatic 101,000 miles CD Player Tilt Cruise A/C Alloy Wheels Traction Control Spoiler Feel free to ask questions.
