like it says, my 95 gt is in need of some, solid ones are cheapest, might go with some others though, on a stock motor, will it hurt anything to use solid mounts?

In my opinion if its not strictly a strip car solid motormounts are not even an option. The vibrations would be horrendous.

from what I always heard solid mounts are for track cars most of the time. will it hurt anything, prolly not, but will you hate the ride, probably. get some poly ones

I personally went with heavy duty stock mounts, no vibration and a lil stiffer than oem. I think they're actually considered convertible motor mounts.
