'88 Mustang Tire Size Question - 12/26/2007 5:53:56 PM    tubbedamx   Posts: 12 Joined: 12/9/2007 Status: offline I realize this is a popular question however when I searched I couldn't find what just I was looking for. I have an '88 mustang with stock rims and a set of 225x60x15's.  I'm dying/trying to find out if bigger tires will fit.  I think the car needs something wider and a little taller.  Has anybody besides millions of fox body owners tried bigger tires on stock rims??? If so what size did you find succesfull??? Thanks ahead of time!! Attached is a picture... I have the stock 10 holes with tiny tires. I was wondering how wide I can go.
