I have seen on forums for higher end vehicles to open and close the top using the factory remotes or even aftermarket ones. Does anyone know how to do this, where to get the parts or if it is even possible?
I have a 2007 v6 vert w/pony pack

It'd be tricky, since the locks are manual. You would have to unlatch the locks when you left the car each time, unless someone can rig up a remote unlatch/unlock. Love the concept, but I never see it happening.
