Well I got my car back (finally) from the body shop a week ago, and the sky is finally clear over here so I could take some nice pics. I've started assembly, but have mostly done the sound deadening and just little things here and there. Its coming along nicely, and looks great.

The color is the original "Winter Blue", I like it. Tell me what you all think!

OUTSTANDING JOB!!!  What a finish!  Have you also thought about adding the sound deadening material on the door panels?  I am adding that to mine and heard it makes a worthwhile difference.  Just a thought while it's all apart.

Again - HOT LOOKIN STANG

Looks fabulous, very well done.

Only thing I can notice is some slight curving in the side stripe, but that's to be expected.

Just be sure to take good care of it, be a shame to see anything happen to such a beauty.

What a beautiful color... it's striking.  That car will be a jawdropper when it's finished and cruzing..

sschanz I did put the deadener in the doors, you can kinda see it in one of the pics.

Nabster, yeah we noticed the curving in the stripes as well when it was on the tow truck home lol, its more noticeable from low angles. But being that it is a stick on decal, it would be hard (nearly impossible) to get it perfectly straight.

Thanks everyone for the kind compliments so far!

I love the color. I like that you went with the original color instead of a color that everyone has. Car is real straight too.
The lighter blue colors look nice on stangs.

Is that you're stang? Looks real nice man. Yeah I'm glad I went with the original color, the main thing that attracted me to the color was that you never see it around, it took me a long time to find like 3 pics on the internet of it lol. And you always see the red mach's and whatnot (even though they're stunning haha). So I guess I lucked out that the original color is a nice color, because if it wasn't it would be black or something else

Sweet!

Love that blue color.  Had a similar color on a '65 Fairlane.  Nice fitment of all the body pieces.  Be careful with opening doors and hood as you start to put the engine and everything back in.  The chassis may flex a bit and catch a lip.
