Default Cervini stang questions

I was looking through their site and at their forum and They were referring to the use of the procharger, but the c-500 kit says it comes with the whipple ho. And also that they switched from magnaflow exhaust to magnaforce exhaust. I have not heard of magnaforce, or can't find anything on them should I say. Did the exhaust change help clearance? what about sound difference? Loudness? etc. Thanks guys

Default RE: Cervini stang questions

They just recently started shipping with the "Magna Force" mufflers. They are made by or for Cervini's. I would assume they are probably rip-offs of Magnaflows. They probably hired someone in Asia to copy them and make them cheaper for Cervinis. I wouldn't expect them to sound much different than the Magnaflows heard on the soundclip on their website. Exhaust clearance would be the same, as the mufflers are the same size.

Yup, same thing with the supercharger. They used to use the pro charger but recently switched to the whipple. I doubt it will make a difference in the exhaust clearance, my lowest spot iswhere the exhaust tip connects. -Joe

I agree with jbailer about the clearance issues being with the exhaust tips and not with the S/C. The Whipple will fit under the stock hood! I was talking with TASSY5 and he just put a kit on his stang and Cervinis changed from the magnaflows to Pypes strait -thru exhaust. They (Cervinis) said they just switched to a different supplier and dropped the other two suppliers. If you click on the C500 car and listen to the show they have before accessing the parts page you can still hear the loud whistle from the procharger and it will now be a whine thatwith the hood closed and with the loud side exhaust you will not hear it very easily.... while cruising! But it is there and working like an animal! I love the WHIPPLE!!!!!!!!! Later J and welcome to the forums!

Hey Guys,

I am new to this chat board and looking for some Cervini+Whipple advice. I have an install date of Nov 17th to get the Whipple HO supercharger installed and wanted to get your feedback. I have a 06 GT with the Cervini C-300 kit. I plan to install the Whipple HO and a meth injection kit at the same time. My concern is getting decent suspension on a car that is already sitting pretty low to the ground. Every suspension upgrade lowers the car and I don’t think I can afford to drop it. Feel free to comment on any my upgrades I have listed below. You guys are way ahead of me on the mod list and I would like to learn what to do and what not to do with this car.

Whipple and Meth injection
Suspension upgrades leaning towards Roush 427R suspension for smaller drop.
4.10 gears on 20 inch rims, already have rims and tires installed

GT500, did your exhaust sound increase greatly with a Whipple SC? What enhancements do you not recommend? Thanks for the your time.
