it should, if it says it does. ive heard nothing but bad things about granatelli though. the v6's intake sits higher than the GT though. sothats where your clearance issueswould be, if any at all. but unless youre doing it for looks, i wouldnt bother. they supposedly do not do anything for our cars because they just connect the two strut towers and not the firewall also, and if you think about it straight lines arent very sturdy, shapes like triangles are sturdy (thats why you see them so much in bridges). so all they really do is add weight. but if you like the look go for it. they look good, but just so you know they have next to no (if any at all) functionality.

i just mainly want it because of the looks. it's the best one i've seen so far. i was asking because i have seen it on the granatelli website and it says that it only fits the gt.
