do the louvers come painted on the inside? if not, what color are they? and does the inside require paint to look good without looking cheap? thanks.

Mine were not painted on the inside. They are black urethane by the looks of em. I dont think they need to be painted personally. After all I never have anyonesitting back there anyway, plus my car is black
