As for KITT being a Pontiac and not a Ford, that is entirely true.  But, what new Pontiac could they plausibly use for the show? A new Grand Prix just doesn't have the same effect as a GT500KR. I always hate when they totally change a car. The original was a Trans Am. Should have kept it that way. But......GM doesnt have a platform.....YET. I like the new Knight Rider stang though. Its great. I've read a lot of other forums about this topic and a lot of people are just trashing the Stang. I think it looks way better than the original Knight Rider car. Guess we'll just see how it does. I dont like the wing at all. Other than that its great. I read peoples comments about how Ford is desperate for advertising and all. Then how do you explain the HUGE contract GM had with Transformers? Sounds pretty desperate to me! Should have kept the original Bumblebee a damn VW Beetle then! Just got to give the new show a chance is all. Should be great.
