svo86 -> trouble code 67 (12/13/2007 11:14:10 AM)

lately my car has been lacking power and stalling out. I scanned the computer and came up with code 67. The a/c was off and the trans was outta gear and i did it both with the engine on and off. Anyone know the problem?
