Ok.  I just ordered it today.  What is the install like?   I have heard that I need to do some cutting of some sort...is that correct?  Should I assume that it is held on my actual nuts and bolts or 3m tape...thanks.

this isn't the exact same one that you're installing but it is a cdc classic chin spoiler. i'm sorry no one came to you immediately, probably because these two particular mods have been extensively covered. anyway here's a link that will take you right to what the generalized idea of the install process http://www.mustangforums.com/m_3124082/tm.htm

hope it helps, sorry it's not the aggressive install, but i'm sure if you search around enough, you'll find it.

Just installed mine last week.  Its the CDC aggressive chin.  Took about an hour.  You have to cut out the vertical braces but they cut like warm butter.  Just follow the pics that came with the chin.

5150_GT,
I am getting ready to install my CDC AG. chin spoiler. I looked at the install directions on the American Muscle site, but I am still a little confused on the outline of the cutting. I see that the side pieces onthe lower grille and the three posts get cut out, but so far as the front I am not sure. I see that they made a line 1" back from the front of the bumper cover. Do I cut this line from one side to the other? And the line that shows the 1" measurement from the front back, I am assuming that this is for layout help and does not get cut. One more question, with the new aggressive chin spoiler installed, does is cover the center of the front bumper cover that is closest tot he ground? I know it covers the face and center of the front bumper cover, but the front bumper cover that wraps around and turns under towards the street, how much of that area does the new chin spoiler cover?
You have a nice ride my friend. I will try and post some new pictures of mine after I install the new chin spoiler.
Thank you for your help,

Keith
