Hi guys, after splitting with my old lady Im ready to get rid of my fullsize truck and maybe buy me a fox 5spd 5.0L. So anyway,
This is my 1996 GMC Sierra SLE1 3door. It has 133,XXXmiles on it and runs good. It has the 5.7L Vortec v8 with automatic transmission. The truck has been equipped with a tow reciever, 3.42 gear ratio, limited slip differential as a towing package. I bought the truck less than 6months ago and I need to get rid of it now because I have a gmc sonoma that I drive and do not need 2 trucks.

The truck has a grey/stone colored interior, power windows, power locks, power drivers seat all work. There are no known rips in the seats, headliner or center console which has a storage unit.

I have installed an aftermarket 7' flip out touch screen dvd player in the dash. I also have a box that fits under the backseat that holds two 10' JL W1 subs that are powered by a 600watt amp. I have 4gauge power and ground wiring along with a capacitor to keep the amp powered properly.

The out side of the truck there are no big dents or deep scratches and on a 1-10 scale I'd say the body is a 7 and the interior an 8. The bed has a blue fiberglass sprayed in bedliner that was in the truck when I purchased it.

When I bought the truck the A/C double line had the be replaced and recharged. So I bought the line, had it installed and charged up and it blows cold air. The heater works, all the vents, defroster, everything.

I had a magnaflow dual in dual outlet muffler with dual exit tailpipes installed when I bought the truck becuase the factory muffler was rotting. It has a nice deep bellow tone and isnt too loud. The previous owner had the catalytic converters removed because they were clogged up. The result is the check engine light is on. I had it scanned at autozone and they said its on because there are no converters. The truck still runs fine, idles smooth, and doesnt miss.

I was asking $6000obo for it, but there is a crack or two in the windsheild so I brought the price down the $5500 dollars. Craigslist will only let me post four pictures so, I uploaded more of them here http://s106.photobucket.com/albums/m246/Vortec4300/ (http://s106.photobucket.com/albums/m246/Vortec4300/)

There is a GM goodwrench alarm on the truck, it was installed by the previous owner who had lost the remotes before I bought it. So when you get in you turn the key to run position and push red button on dash to deactivate the alarm and then it can be started. There is a way to set the alarm to not "auto arm" but I dont know how. I also had to install a new AC double line on the compressor because the first one was rotted and would not hold freon. I have yet to charge the system but assume a can or two of twelve ounce freon would charge it up full. If you are interested please call Leroy at 504-296-2597, it is located in Louisiana about 15minutes from New Orleans. I dont have a problem selling to an out of state member and will write a bill of sale for $1000 so your title transfer wont be too expensive. Also you can email me if you want to trade for a 5spd good shape fox 5.0. lchauvin88@yahoo.com
