I'm only familiar with the Lake Country (I think that is what they are) from Obsessive Detail, so I can't offer much help with that.

But you'll need to use the PC for the swirl remover at 5 or 6. You don't need to use the paint cleaner since you are going to clay the paint.

I apply glaze with a black pad at speed 3 or 4...

Sounds like the Edge 2k system.  I believe their orange pad is like lake country's in that it's a mild correction pad.  If it's not find the one that is, you'll need that.  Better yet buy Lak Country CCS pads, they're pretty much unanimously considered the best foam pads.  You can use the porter cable for each step.  I'd use a mild pad for swirl removal, use a light cut pad for polish and paint cleaner, and use a finesse pad for your LSP.

ALSO, USE THE PAINT CLEANER!!!!!!  Claying does NOT remove everything, a chemical paint cleaner does do a LOT of good in a multi-step process.  It's also no replacement for clay, but they do work well together.  Don't forget a alcohol wipe down after your last polishing step.  That will remove any residual residues and oils and allow your LSP to fully bond to the paint.
