Default 08 Race prediction

All right the 07 season has come to a end and I have already started getting ready for 2008. As always I like to set a goal for next year. What are yourplans for 2008 and the goals? For the last 5 years have set a goal on everything that I race and out of the four cars andseven motorcycle,I have achived mygoal on every car and all but two motorcycles. I even achived my goals on all of my friends cars that I have raced. So my goal for 08 will be a hard one. I plan on going 11.20's in my bolt-on c5z. That would be number two on the c5z list. I have been 11.50's but that was with the stock clutch and what turned out to be a bad third gear in my trans. Let see what your plans are.

Depends on money. If the money doesn't dry up I have a goal of low 11's with a 123 to 125 trap. Looking at a 47 pound turbo wheel mod for the stage 3 turbo to make about 450 to the wheels. If the budget doesn't allow, My goal will be 11.6 @ 119 with a fewe more minor bolt-ons.

Body work
Paint
T-5 conversion
Posi 3.73 swap
E-fan
LTs
Prochamber
Dumps
Sticky ass tires
U/L control arms

Low 14s, gobble up some of these damn stock PI stangs and kill that 350 that just beat me and to compete with my friend who is a week away form completing his 98GT PI-swap H/I and VT-stage 2 Cams

Your Camaro is a V6 right? What all do you have done to it?

Your Camaro is a V6 right? What all do you have done to it?
Exhuast, Air lid & filter, aluminum driveshaft, Slotted/drilled rotors w/ ceramic pads (doesnt help in the 1/4 but great for the long twisties) Other small bolt ons.

Headers & Y pipe should be here next week or the week after. Then somtime in dec I should get my rear end w/ LSD & 3.42 gears. With that I should be about 14.6.

Dunno if Im doing nitrous or not, but should be in the mid 13 range with the kit im looking at. Know a guy with a 3800 firebird and he had same mods except with a cam & a stall, he was running a 12.2 and said It could have done high 11s. But he is rebuilding it right now & when hes finsihed it will be an easy 10 sec car. But the cars really wake up to mods, if you do it right. Some have run 14s with just free mods & DR.

Jw, why do you ask?
