I just bought a 85 302 block that is bored out andcame with a stroker kit.

I have a holly systemmax kit that was going to go on astock mustang. It comes with heads, cam, upper, lower intake, push rods, roller rockers.

Can i useit if i want to put a super charger on the 347 strocker short block.

some body told me that u have to have low compressing to run a blower on it. if thats the case can i put turbo or nos

I'd like to quote one of Jasper's favorite sayings

302 parts, make 302 power.

look into a better top end setup

Stop posting the same question all over the forum its late at night and people are sleeping AKA less people up less chance your question will be answered.

"302 parts make 302 power"

spend the money right the first time. its cheaper!

Also high compression will keep you from running a turbo too as well, nitrous is what likes the high compression still.

I own everything that i said. I just bought the 347 stroker kit with the 85 block that was already bored out. I already haveeverything for the top end

holly systemmax kit from summit but my ? is if i can run a super charger or turbo if i put that kit on

if not what do i need to do to run turbo really for i can spray the intercooler with nos

i think the comp will be 10.66 to 1

nothing is put together i was planning on building it at hot rod insitude when i go but i need everything before hand

dude if i already HAD the holley top end kit i would use it - wtf people where does upgraded aftermarket parts say "hey, your not going to make any power if you use this on anything other than a 302"

are there better parts available? of course
if i HAD the parts already would i lose my ass on selling them and then spend more money on new parts? nope

im only gonna say this once THAT STOCK 85 BLOCK IS GONNA CRACK RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE WITH A 347 STROKER SETUP !!! especially if your gonna put a super charger on it. the thing is guys always talk big like this but if its a street car you wont ever get it to hook. you dont need that much motor unless your suspension is setup for it. your asking for it !!!!
