Whenever the weather breaks I pull the vehicle into the garage and turn on the heater to let everything melt. Then I use the Optimum No Rinse to wash with.

I always put a good sealant on my vehicles for winter.

Provided it's warm enough I'll take my car out and use my 1800 psi pressure to rinse the worst of the dirt off the paint, move it inside, and then use the above mentioned No rinse wash. Doesn't hurt to spray off the underside while you're at it as well to get the salt off of everything.
