New Hurst Knob
Going for that sleek black look
haha
BEFORE
AFTER
I do have a pic upclose of the old knob can anyone tell me why its so soft and sticky? I had it for a month and its this dirty with cleaning EVERY day...
Its extremly squishy and sticky enough that when I lay a plastic bag or newspaper on it the words and print comes off onto the knob.... weird huh?

RE: New Hurst Knob
I just did the same change because my white Hurst knob was a dirty yellow (cleaned religiously, also). With that being said, your old onelooks way more f'ed up than mine did!! [8D]

Your knob is soft and sticky? They make medicine for that!

I like the black knob. Where did you buy it at?
Does it simply screw off and the new one goes right on?

Sweet, love the black knob! It especially fits your interior very well.

RE: New Hurst Knob
Must be the stuff you used to clean it. I never cleaned mine, and it was always perfectly white with no stickiness....and that was in 95 degree weather.
Oh yeah...the black ball looks great! Good job!

RE: New Hurst Knob
Weird, mine is white and clean and sleek. I never had to clean it with anything in the last six months and it looks like new.
The black matches the interior nicely, but the white matches my car's exterior color [8D]

Soft and sticky? What did you use the ball for?
I like the black one better. What were you using to clean it?

RE: New Hurst Knob
I've had mine in since June and the ball is just as white as the day I got it. I've never cleaned it.
