if thats correct, you're too late, i've already bought it. I'm sure pop would come up with the cash for that really quickly.

I do. Anyone wanna pay my insurance? It'd be 3000 for 6 months through Geico. (500 a month.)

No I have two accidents and 3 tickets under my belt. One ticket is off the record, but being 21, single, and a male doesn't help me at all.

Geico was a TAD bit high...State Farm would probably quote me around 300 a month. I'd need a couple raises before I'd consider trading in my Si for an 03 Mustang GT. I won't go V6. I just won't. Gotta be a V8

I'm 22 and Just bought a 01 Lazer Red Gt. I also have my paid-off daily driver Honda Accord... Insurance is an arm and a leg but..... Ohh well.. I had to have one.. It's so bad A$$.... I love it every second..

No offense to anyone out here, but I just couldn't buy a TA or LSI. I know they're quicker than me at this bone stock stage, but I'm about to wake her UUUPPPP....

I think that Mustangs are the sexiest muscle cars that you can buy...Ofcourse, that's just my opinion...

Good luck with your buy Jugador... You're from Houston? I am too!

ya houston sucks!  every good car is like 1300 miles away on autotrader!

ps mustangs do look good...newest model mainly.  problem is to get an affordable one thats worth half a s**t will take about 8-10k which i could never ever afford...my parents dont just hand me stuff that easy.

so i figured early LT1 is perfect

Ok ok, all you 'gm' guys stop being so defensive.  You wouldn't be defending your precious 'birds' if the Mustangs wern't pretty fast.  Yeah, bone stock, you're faster.  But not by That much.  So good for you guys, try to buy a new one.  Oops they don't make them any more.  Hmmmmm boy.. the auto makers usually stop making cars that are selling well, yup. Just bustin' balls. My point was that I was surprised my car would even do more than 130.  And the other guy was cool.  We chatted after at the gas station.  Said he was surprised that I almost kept up with him, good run.  I said the same.  Fun times. That's all.

Quit your Fbody v.s Mustang bitching for crying out loud.

They're both small block RWD domestics that are EXCELENT bang for the bucks.

Why don't you people get your heads out of your asses and united against the new threat, the imports. They can't compete in pure speed, but people somehow think that they can. So why not go show 'em that we domestic folks can pull together and rip the balls off of the imports, be use Mopar, GM, or Ford?
