Also i believe in the last days before Jesus comes back to take his people, there will wars, rumor of wars, world hunger, diseases, natural disasters more current, and there will be a guy that will try to make a 7 year peace plan with world leaders and try to rebuild that temple.  I think when that happens christians are going to hate him and be against him and non-believers will think christians are bad cause they are against having peace but when really this guy will turn his back against the world and do only God knows what.

Yeah verily and his name will be called Obama.........sorry......couldn't resist

lol both of them scare the crap out of me. i think she's gonna start World War 3. and obama's way of thinking is just creepy.

"Oh so you were born of a virgin? Birth was signaled by a star in the east? 3 kings came to visit ya? Dead for 3 days and resurrected? Get in line mr. original."

Jesus wasnt the only guy with that story.  Egyptian god Horus (thousands of years before jesus) had the exact same story, as well as other dieties from around the world.  But all those dieties are full of crap also, cause they ALL steal the story from the zodiac, and man's worship of the sun.

www.zeitgeistmovie.com

That movie explains how ALL the dieties who share that story, are just a personification of the sun.  Examples include:

Diety (sun), being followed around by 12 disciples (the signs of the zodiac).
The whole worshipping of the bull calf(taurus) was ended by moses cause it was the end of the age of taurus (0AD).
Jesus fish= pisces, jesus's age.  Age of pisces is from 0AD to 2150AD.  Then comes the age of aquarius.  In the bible jesus tells his followers to look for the man with the pitcher of water, he will lead you to the house.  (man with pitcher = aquarius).
Three kings following eastern star to jesus = Three stars of orions belt constellation, following the eastern star (thats the brightest on christmas), leading right to the son/sun (jesus).

If you have any knowledge of astronomy and astrology, youd see the parallels between it and religion.  Start paying close attention to the movie about 10 minutes in.  Youll see how jesus is just a personification of the sun. If man is to "worship" anything, it would be constellations and the sun itself.

and so continues with the rest of christianity.  the teachings of jesus were nothing more than a translation of buddhas teachings.

the "holidays" associated with christianity were borrowed from other previous religions.  look at christmas, easter.......is it coincidence that they just happen to coincide with pagan holidays¿

ha.  you really cant be serious, because even a 2nd grader could google "history of easter/christmas" and find a couple million links to read.

here, ill save you 3.7 seconds and give you one of the first things i came across-
quote:

According to St. Bede, an English historian of the early 8th century, Easter owes its origin to the old Teutonic mythology. It was derived from the name Eostre, the Anglo-Saxon goddess of spring, to whom the month of April was dedicated. The festival of Eostre was celebrated at the vernal equinox, when the day and night gets an equal share of the day.

what previous religions?

December 21st is when the sun is at its lowest point.  (when jesus dies).  December 22, 23, and 24 (dead for 3 days), the sun stays at its low point.  Then on the 25th (jesus is born) it begins its ascension again, and orions belt, the eastern star, and the sun ALL line up perfectly in a line.  (3 kings following star to jesus).

But they only celebrate the resurrection of jesus at easter time because thats when the sun is at its highest point, and in the days coming, the majority of the earth is illuminated.  Spring equinox = easter.

Other religions before christianity that have a savior/diety that has the same story as jesus (horus of egypt, mithra of india, dionysus of greece, etc) and that personify the sun, have the same holidays because of just that.  THEY ALL TECHNICALLY WORSHIP THE SUN.  They just have different names for it.

That movie makes perfect sense.  Do the research on the constellations and the path of the sun, etc, and you'll see for yourself.  Its a pity that more people dont take the 2 hours to sit down and educate themselves.  Maybe theyll finally understand what they're worshipping.

reason i ask is cause i dont believe there was another religion before christianity because of Adam and Eve knowing Christianity. As population grew and some being non followers of the law. imo i think the non followers started there own religion or took christianity and turned it into something else.  Most religions in that time was worshiping golden idols
The time after Jesus was crucified and went back to heaven, christianity had been branched off into so many different categories.  The most common one i know is Non-denomination

One person believed everything this religion was teaching except one or 2 parts and than went and created a different religion. well another person of this new religion didnt believe in a certain part of it so he created his own new religion and so on and so on.

Nah, i dont bother studying it in depth.  It would be more productive to study the chronicles of narnia or lord of the rings or whatever.

Im just referencing the movie.  In it they say specifically where in the bible the quotes are said.  And then they explain how it symbolizes the sun, constellations, etc.
