Default deep dish and wheel spacers

I have a set of 4 deep dish bullit wheels (18 x 9) and there is little cover for the brakes. I want a bigger brake kit on, but don't want to change to a larger wheel or buy another set of wheels because I love these on the car. If I got wheel spacers would those hurt performance any, and also would they give enough room for me to have a bigger brake kit?

Default RE: deep dish and wheel spacers

People will tell you its unsafe.

Someone on here is running 25mm spacers just fine.

Thats all I have to offer!
