Ok here's some pics (I hope ) of what I did for my exh. They may look like Franknsteins monster but they are just the 1 st model ,cut and welded as I went to get the right bends .It mounts up great and I only lost 1/2" clearance over stock

it looks bad ass! what center muffler did you use! i expecially like the exhaust dampers and extra hangers you added to your under carrage, i bet that KILLED any vibration, that is sweet, cervinis should be taking lessons from you....

I made the muffler, again thats just the first one I'll be making my next one out of 1/8" thick 3"x9" rectangular tubing to give a deeper sound. the one in the pics is a 3 chamber straight thru design with fiberglass in the center chamber.

It sounds good on the dyno too! Turn up speaker volume and a sub would be nice too!

so after just figuring i was just gonna loose some ground clearance i kept the exhaust because i like the sound.....I had herd a weird whining noise and figured i needed to just have everything tightened up. BOY WAS I WRONG! i put the car up on the lift at my high school auto shop, and my drive shaft had an amazing carve about 1/8 inch deep, around near the back of the shaft meets the diff house.  and from where i had bottomed out, were HUGE holes on the underside of my car. the brackets they gave me are crap and were totally bent. I pulled everything midpipe back off the car and am cursing on just my x-pipe now, until i call cervinis tomorrow........ill keep you posted

i've got a weird vibration, can i see your exhaust gt500? i know the sound may be different from the V6 to the V8, but overall it just seems like im leaking or rattling somewhere.

yeh the reason side exhaust worked on the sn95s was because they were made to have the mufflers underneath the middle of the car. adding these mufflers adds a ton of depth to this thing. My friend has this setup on his car. and it is miserable how low it is....now because hes scraped stuff, its moved the piping and now the tips are hitting the skirts, and the paint is chipping off. IMO thats a pain.

wait so the C-Series bodykit will fit different on a V6 than a GT? I have a V6 and am planning on getting it, I'm just having doubts after hearing that there's only 3'' clearance. and I live in NYC, so potholes and speedbumps galore!

Its not so much that it will fit different but the C-series kit has low clearance itself after install not allowing for a drop in the suspension (unless you like to rip the exhaust off on potholes or speed bumps or driveways etc)  and the side exhaust is something that I consider to have "special considerations" when using that kit and exhaust. By special consideration I mean planning out on wher you drive and travel and knowin the area and the surrounding in advance before venturing out of the comfort of the garage. I have not lowered my car but plan to in the back only but have 20 inch rims and plan on getting a higher sidewall height (40 series DR's) to compensate for the loss of suspension travel. Keep in mind that I an only lowering one inch in the back and  "filling " the wheel well better and have a stiffer spring in the back to help compensate for the drop (stiffer ride but I will feel every bump). Many things to consider  with the C-series kit and the side exhaust!.......I would not change a thing because I love the kit and have no regrets but careful planning and research will help smooth the transition and help you decide if thats what you want to do.......I WOULD NOT GET THE KIT FOR A DD!!!!!!!!!  JMO   J

so u would recommend me getting it, just be wary about which streets i drive in? that's gonna be damn near impossible, seeing as how almost every freakin' street in NYC are f***ed up lol! i guess i would have to invest in adjustable coilovers/springs or an air ride suspension?
