I have a black PP and I love the white stripes and wouldn't even think about taking them off. I have also received several comments about how they add to the retro look.

I think I've expressed my .02 on this enough in other threads...I like mine, I'm keeping them. If I had a color choice I'd still pick black on my redfire. I don't think any other color would look as good. The black stripe fits in well with the black rockers (that I also like as-is and am keeping) and black textured chin spoiler on my Christmas wishlist.
And +1 on preferring the pony package stripe to the basic oem stripe.
I, too, have the factory "advertising" stripes and changing them is on my list. The car is white, with black stripes, and I think the idea of having them in general is a nice accent to the appearance, but sans the "MUSTANG" wording. I like what 2007Grabber did for the most part, but since I'm looking to tone it down I personally would not have the pony - otherwise I think that their design is pretty much exactly what I've been looking for, so thanks for the pics!
Also, removing the door bumper guard strip makes a subtle but recognizable difference, as seen in Razorbackfan's before & after shots. Nice wheel swap on that one, too - great job!
My decision was easy. First rain storm I went through took the stripes off the passenger side door. Went back to the dealer and said take it all off. Liked what it looked like and never went back.
