What mods will it take to have the ultimate handling 4.0? Some handling mods I know of are:
-Big sway bars(front and Rear) $380-$400
-Tubular panhard rod -$100
-Upper Panhard Rod Support-$110(worth it?)
-Larger Tires/Rims(17's or 18's I think are big enough) $varies
-Aftermarket Rear upper and lower control arms(already have)
-Subframe connectors(not sure if they're worth it, but I have them)
-Strut tower brace(I have)
-Lowering springs/kit(I wouldn't want to do b/c where I live has a lot of bumps and potholes in the road)
-Make our cars have a 50/50 weight distribution(we are about 53.5/46.5 now)-so take 110lbs~ off the front of the car or take some weight off front of car and add to back(subs and an amp)
Any other ideas? I am also confused on what these things will do for my car other than weight reduction:
-Tubular K-member
-Tubular A-arms
Thanks ahead of time for any comments on these parts or help!

Do yourself a favor, and get a saleen watts link. It's worth every penny.

I would look into a wattslink setup if you want to go all out.

Suspension options are the same on all S197's, be it V6 or GT.  You can use the watts components for both cars equally.   Sniper308 just ordered the watts setup for his car.

Just got the Watts link from Team JDM.

Next Thursday, the Strange Development Shock Tower "Z" Brace.

Just bought the Watts link, in two weeks the 8.8 rear end with 3.55s from Speed Concepts.

Finishing up at FT Benning, GA. Been quite a week. Leaving for Iraq Saturday.

It says GT, and sniper I just read has the 8.8" rear end. Does that mean it will not fit my lsd V6 rear end? I'm a little confused with that? Thanks for the help!

I will check with Ranebowcyxx.  I think he called them and found out they have a 7.5 setup.   I would give them a buzz.  Certain things to not port that invlove the rear end, like girdle covers and axle braces.

Tokico or Koni adjustable struts.
The panhard support bar isn't worth it - you will never feel a difference, and it's heavier than stock.  I have a panhard bar, but really want the watts. :)
larger diameter wheels give you a stiffer sidewall, which is good for feel & turn-in, but don't necessarily gove more grip.  a wide 16 or 17 or 18 with the right tire would be best.  which one depends on which wheels & tires you want. :)  19 or 20 will suck up a lot of power and make the car feel slower.
The subframe connectors & strut tower bar might give you better feel, but aren't too important.  They help the car ride smoother over bumps, so improvement for the street.  I have a strut tower bar.
The tubular a-arms might be ok for the street, but some people have had problems with small cracking on the track.
Rear lower control arms help settle the rear end.  gt500 LCA's are stiffer. others are also adjustable or lighter and have different bushings.

If you want track 'ultimate', go with spherical bushings on control arms/panhard bar.  If this is a street 'ultimate' car, go poly bushings.
