buying a 5.0 to build up and swap into my 95 gt, its a 92 5.0, completely stock, i want to stroke it and then throw trick flows "head, cam, intake, roller rockers, chain and whatnot" kit on it and see what that does, unless anyone has a better suggestion

go 331 or better yet 347 anything less would be uncivilized!!!!  you can do better than the trick flow kit ....try a Rhs head, afr and or a canfield and certain trick flow ones are okay too......as far as a cam if you want a OTS cam then comp makes some good ones...I'm partial to the XE series but there are other options out there for an intake rpm II is good or some trick flow ones are good to...a holley systemax is another good choice!!!!!
