I want to hear from those of you that have upgraded to GT 12-inch brakes. What's your opinion/experience? I am thinking about doing this upgrade along with some Hawk pads to increase my braking performance. Right now they are adequate at best. They are not bad... but they do not inspire confidence either. I like confidence.

Also where's the cheapest place to get the GT caliper bracket?

Thanks!

I got em ....and i think it is an easy and worthwhile upgrade. My original breaks were l warped so the difference for me was like night and day.    I got em as take offs from a friend
