i think maturity and respect for driving is even sometimes more important than experience.  How many times have you seen people get in accidents because they are not paying enough attention?  80% of the time that's why an accident happens.  If you are really paying attention as much as you should, you will almost always see an accident situation on time, and then experience comes into play.  I've avoiced a few bad accidents in my car, one potetntially HORRIBLE accident because i know how my car handles, and i know its limits.  Pay attention when you drive, and try to learn the limits of your car quickly.  Take it to the track even, and learn how well it can brake, how well it can handle, how much oversteer/understeer there is, etc.

The point is age has nothing to do with it. And all those teams have pretty much unlimited cash, so Force isn't winning by out-spending them; he's winning because he drives a Ford!

+1 on the maturity level. physically a 20 yearold has the potential to be a better drive then a 40 yearold, quicker reflexes, and vision and what not but experience does help. i say 400 is fine

there are quite a few people that can turn a perfect R/T.

Just don't street race and you'll be fine for the most part.

Im 18 years old i have been driving since i was 16. I must say that when i first got my drivers license i didnt care or think to much about driving mostly because I drove my moms Ford escape 4 cylinder. I finally talked them into selling that to get a V6 Mustang ever since then iv loved to drive. I love the power and speed and wish i had more. Im very careful though. I make sure for everyone saftey when driving. I dont belive that was from experience though. I belive its because i dont want to wreck my baby. I would be devistated if i did. If i had more power i would be careful for the same reason. If you think you can handle that much power go for it; but if you still doubt yourself dont. Its all in how you handle yourself
