Hey Josh, I have a 2003 GT and I was wondreing which setup will lower my stang more out of the two. The Eibach Pro-Kit or the H&R Sports. Also which are better and do I need CC plates for either two and will the HP Tokicos work fine with this two setups

Basically they will lower the same amount. They have almost identical drop rates from the factory....

There is no better between the two...  although the H&R does have a slightly stiffer spring rating.

Take a look at our spring rating chart http://www.stangsuspension.com/store/springratesarticle.asp you will see that the H&R has a slightly stiffer rating. They will provide a bit higher level of handling performance.

Sincerely,
