Nah it means that it has a shiftkit, as well as an aftermarket torque converter, tcc solenoid, and shift solenoid. It can stall to just under 2000 rpms, whereas all the other stangs ive seen can only stall to 1800. I just didnt have room to list all the **** in the sig.

I put built tranny there for a while, and i had some people flailing about how those few components dont make a tranny "built". 
Its not stock, but i guess not completely built, so idk wtf to call it.
