Default WTB 99-03 Saleen

Hello. This is my first post on here. I used to frequent turbomustangs.com and I also currently hang on corral.net. My user id there is 88TT. I am interested in purchasing a 99-03 saleen, preferably a vert, preferably supercharged, but I will consider N/A coupes as well. I would like to find something close to N.Y., as traveling is difficult and costly, but would consider distances if the car and price is right. Looking for a lower milage car <80k. Not interested in spending 15 grand on a car with 100k miles.Let me know what you have. I am a serious buyer and don't need a bank loan to complete a purchase. Thanx - Rob

So is the budget $15k then? If so I'm pretty sure you won't be able to find a supercharged vert for that.

As an FYI: Average retail on a 1999 N/A coupe is $19,100 according to NADA....and that would assume +80K miles.

Have you tried ebay?

Budget is not 15k, just used that as a reference to those asking that pricefor asaleen with high mileage. Couple guys on here asking less than that (13-14k)have reduced their asking rice, and still are notfinding buyers.NADA can be used as a guideline, but reality is what people are willing to pay. Yes I have tried ebay. Just put a bidon a sc vert yesterday for 19.2 k and missed out... barely. NADA on that -low retail was 24.7k and it went for 19.5. Thankyou for the input though, it is appreciated. Still looking

Forgot to mention: it was a 2002 triple black (drk. charcoal int.) supercharged convertable with 54k miles.Clean carfax and a oneowner car also. Mad I didn't bid a little higher, itwould've beenworth it.

I would agree with your statementif the 04 gauge pod was the same as the 02 gauge pod. I like the rings around the gauges better than the flat piece of plexiglass covering both.

02 rocks! Go sideburns!

If you are able and willing to expand your budget to the top value, then PM me. I know where there is a brand new (still un-titled) S-281 n/a 'vert in a dealer showroom. Its a 1 of very few, if not 1 of 1 car for 2004...white with chrome wheels and blue side stripe package.

Thanks for the heads-up. The buyer backed out of the sale for the 02' triple black sc vert. It was relisted, and I decided to pick it up. Check it out... will keep up this post when I finalize the purchase http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...96425&rd=1
