With the new S197 I think Ford lead the way in bringing back the muscle car era of the late 60s and early 70s. Chevy is bringing back the Camaro (I don't like the competition just as much as the next Mustang owner, but we all have to agree that respect is due to V8 Camaros...stock for stock I've never seen a Mustang outrun a Camaro...and no we aren't talking 03 Cobra or the new Shelby's) Dodge brought back the Charger and is due to bring back the Challenger. I don't know about you guys but Im sick of hearing imports drive by with their coffee can exhaust and stickers (that add HP by the way).... its time we move past Camaro vs. Mustang battles etc. and move on to Domestic vs. Import. Now all we got to do is find a way to get them to lower the damn gas prices!!!! $3 a gallon! are you kidding me?

I can't wait the the L.A. Auto Show to start this week! Am still debating whether to shell out $125 for the preview on Thursday, with free hors d'oeuvres and cash bar... seems a little high for something that's gonna cost like 8 dollars (with coupon from 7-11) the next day!
It would be the only way to get photos of that Camaro with only a few people in the way!
Oh and why the dissing on imports? Can't you appreciate nice cars for what they are and not where they're from? Or are you confusing cars with people?!
I'm just as eager to see the new G37 coupe, Audi S5, BMW 1 Series (w/ 300 hp), Lexus IS F (400 hp), the Mini Cooper Clubman, Nissan GT-R, the 3 Smart Fortwo cars, even the Volvo C30! Not to mention the Ferrari Supercars, the Lamborghini Reventón, the Maseratis, etc.
American cars? Not too many that can compete with that crowd of cool cars! I am interested in the Chevy HHR SS, the Mustang Bullitt, the KR and whatever other Mustangs they drag out. Sine the Camaro and Challenger are fictional... not much else new this year!
