Default about c&l intake tuner

im from el paso tx. and over here our octane rating is lower due to altitude or somethin like that[&:] our rating is 86, 88, 91. would it be fine if i use the 87 tune on 86 ? i dont plan on buyng the tuner yet due to shortage on $$$ but i will in the future and just wanted to get this cleared up thnks.

Sure. But the don't put the C&L on until you get a tuner.
