I agree, when people are wrong they hate it. Of course no one cares to look at the proof here. More or less lots of whinning by people with manual shifts

Good thing I have an Auto...

People like YOU with manuals? If he wants to think an auto will beat his car then fine. Sounds good to me...

Not sure what you mean? Who are you refering to as "us". No no one (including myself) has proven the initial question. I know I am right as far as what I experimented with. Now if we take 2 05 stangs who knows. Well no one here as far as what I have read has yet done this experiment. The point of the question was not to figure out who was "correct" but to see different opinions and hear hypothisis from other car enthusisats. Now I assume everyone except maybe 96silver (he is hte sesditive one) is just joking around we rip on each other. Like 2k1gt indisnuated I NEVER admint when I am wrong. When if you look back of course I did when refering to the lights. Also 2k1 has not seen other posts of on here and on other sites I am sure. I was not aware of the LED lighting system. I am assuming he was screwin around.. and don't really care. I hope I am not hurting your feelings again I know your a sensitve little guy.

My last post was a little out there. So ill stick to the topic. Yes the 05 mustang is faster with a auto. That is great, but you said the last 10 years. Were gonna need you to back up where the previous years autos were faster. Intill you can do so you are a troll. You are posting no usefull information. You are just trying to get a rise out of people. People have posted links for you to read. You have disregarded every damn one of them. Every time someone proves you wrong you bash them. Then after you are proved wrong again you say "I was joking." You tell everyone you have tesed your theory by going to the strip and running your car. Where are your timeslips? We have not seen any. Back your facts up or shut up. Forums were made to help others that need help. Not to argue that your are God himself and you will never be wrong. Also in my excapade to relieve you from posting anymore such useless information, everytime you post something stupid im gonna post a car review where they have tested both manual and auto to show which on is faster.

he's not asking about preped. Hes asking about 2 identical cars. seemingly stock with the only difference being one a stock manual and one a stock auto. your just going to confuse him and make him think he is more right

Sorry. I ment more righter. That better??

What are you talking about even with a "chip"

Liek I said, no one is arguing what you can do with a powerglide or a preped TH400 etc etc etc. But I don't think you should be putting ideas into this boys head that he is right

A custom chip would give it better shift patterns

a custom chip helping a manual? sounds like someone who has been sticking around ricer boreds too much. Unless the chip is implanted directly into the drivers brain. That might be some fun. mmmm crainial inplants....

Vfast was saying
A manual would be faster(than the auto), even with a chip.

Just didn't use proper punctuation and crap, and was staying on subject
