i got mine dones for 150, thats 5% all around and a strip on the top of the windshield. I would imagine you could get it done (back window and rear quarters) for about 80 bucks. If your car is black, then the tint is going to look darker than it really is. I went 5% on my Green GT cause I wanted them blacked out completely. Looks sweet, but its a lil hard to see out of at night. I would say 20% on a black car would look about the same as 5% on say a silver or white car.

call around, and find the best price...... it's usually around 140 here to do em all.... and MAKE SURE THEY WARRANTY IT, or you'll regret it. Any good shop will warranty their work, the shoddy ones do not

20% is dark but doesn't hurt visibility, 35% isn't much tint, and 5% is blacked the F*** out. I wouldn't trade my 5% for anything. But it was more expensive, its not legal and its a lil tough, hell I'll be honest, impossible to see out the back window @ night.

I payed $150 for my 35% all around. I like 35%. Its dark enough so people cant see you too much, but its not dark enough to get ****ed over by the cops.

i think 20% all the way around looks real good, u can still see out the back and yet it is still dark. i have 20% on the back and 2 small side windows, and 35% on the big side windows... works for me.

Good replies. So I hear people say 35% is on the lighter side and 20% is on the darker side, which begs the question...there no such option for 25 or 30%?

1235jeff - go as dark as you can with that black car man, it'll look sweet! If the legal limit is 35, go 35 all around.

Raven_pbr - They can tint the rear glass on the verts. Just gotta watchout for that dot matrix.... If you go to a real tint place and not just have some random guy or a "buddy" do it, it'll be no problem. I have had mine tinted 2x. Replaced the top and back glass a few months back due to hurricane damage. Took the guy about 30 mins to put it in. Real easy stuff.
