94-98 mustang transmission question

well im new to the site and i have a question.. i have a 94 v6 auto and im gonna change it to manual but the problem is will all 94-98 trannys fit in my car? or do i have to get a 94-95 tranny? i have heard 2 different things and i just wanna clear everything up n figure it out.. any help will be appriciated

any manual from 94-98 v6 will work just fine

if you're gonna do a manual swap, find a T45.  I'd rather have the stronger tranny if I was gonna go through the work to swap it.

94-95 came with t-5, 96-98 came with t-45 if I'm right.

I'm not sure what the differences are in them or if both would work.
