Hey guys, I get the feeling like my GT is dragging for some reason. It feels like it has bottled up energy but can't put it out. I was talking to somebody that refered me to a 87 octane tune; what is all envolved in this process? Is there a noticable gain? (butt in seat/dyno #'s) Any info would be appreciated.
I also live in Houston area if anybody knows somebody good.
Thanks, Phil

I got the steeda cai tune combo from brenspeed and it makes a major difference. I have only ran the 87 octane tune so far and it pulls great. Also the tune took all of the throttle lag out that I was having on acceleration. Even without the cai a tune should still take out the lag and that in itself is a major change.
Hey man I live around the houston area too.. Actually baytown to be exact but anyways I bought a C&L racer intake and Xcal2 with custom tunes from evolution performance and i run a 93extreme tune for automatics. This tune and intake woke my car up. I mean I chirp going into third its crazy but anyways I would suggest that if your looking at spending that money on a dyno tune why not just by an intake and tune from a business of which you can have 3 tunes to choose from? And since you dont have alot of mods or anything done to your car its not a necessity for you to have a dyno tune either
