Default I love Freebies

Yeah I just got a truck...for free

87 F150 Custom 2WD...I will get pictures when I bring it home. Maybe tommorow. Motor has 260 kms on it...tranny has the same amount but its on its way out (:| I love ford Automatics sometimes) I wish there was a painless way of swapping in a 5spd with short throw....hell or even a new automatic with a Ratchet or Floor Shift...I may have to look into that. Can anyone say sport truck? For the Year...it's hideous but ...no rust...barely any holes or dents...and some paint chipping thats it really. When you are driving it for a long time though the Check Engine light comes on. I don't know what that could be...but I drove it all summer so I doubt it is anything serious. It needs new oil and other fluids and filters..hell even Gaskets but it could be a parts runner :P It's going to be flat black in the summer time I have a new gas tank for it too...so I can do that up. then the rest should be straight pipe exhaust..a CAI and Interior crap.

Sweet. Those trucks look spiffy with a 4" drop kit, newer style bed, and rims. Put the explorer intake, e-fansand dual 3" pipeson it for some added hp/tq.

yeah right, 3" suspension lift, 31" tires, American racing wheels, dual Flowmaster 40's, and 4.56 gears.

or just beef up the suspension and axles and drop a 7.3L Powerstroke diesel into it[8D]

I can get a T-5 for free probably but it'd need a rebuild pretty bad, It only has 4th gear. I wish the rims on my car would fit on the truck it would be pretty neat.

I still have the exhaust system from my sister's old truck, might be able to sell it. I dunno exactly what it is, but it sounds nice.
