Default "1/4" Data logging with SCT?

Dose anyone have a good tutorial about how I can use my SCT to Data log my 0-60 or 1/4mille or something? So far the only think I use my SCT SF is to load the tunes on my car. I really don't know how to use the SCT to it's real potential. Thank you
