6 years ago my father bought a car, I was 11 years old at the time. He brought it home, my brother was obessed with it. I did not even know what kind of car it was or who makes it. All I knew is that it was blue and looked like this: I then found out that this car was a Mustang. I did not see anything great about it at first, looked just like an average car to me. My brother installed quite a few mods for this car. If I remeber correctly, I believe the first 2 mods were the MAC Catback exhaust and the Mach 1 Grille Delete. I had to admit to myself the car sounded really nice with the new exhaust. After about 4 years of my father owning this car, it had a few fender bender, got rear ended badly once, and also got vandalised. I would post pictures of the damages, but I think it would only dishonor the Mustang. A year later, I got my learner's permit. I did not know how to drive a manual at the time, so I used my mothers Rav 4 to get around town. Then my father decided to teach me how to drive a stick. So he took me to an empty parking lot at night. This was when I first sat down in the driver seat of this, what is now beautiful, car. I had no clue what to do, and I was wondering why there was a third pedal to my left. So first my father taught me how to feather out the clutch. Stalled about 4 times before I sucessfully did get the car moving. I took a few laps around the parking lot to get the few of the car. I slightly eased on the gas pedal when I needed to. Then I learned how to press the accelerator and depress the clutch at the same time. My next task was to get moving from an angle. This is what scared me the most, because I was afraid that I would drift back too much and hit the car behind me. But it was only in an empty parking lot for right now, So there was no worry at the time. I then was ready to take it driving on the streets. I stalled at about every 3rd light for the first day. But then after 3 weeks, I finally got the hang of driving a clutch. I got my Driver's License shortly after. My first real time on the road alone, I had to see how much power this car really had, and that is when I fell in love with her. Hearing and feeling 220 RWHP smack the asphalt just made a smile on my face the first time. My father then told me the car was mine. That was when I then decided to fix up the car from all the damages that it had. Here is what she looks like today: Some of you may know my brother as bluewaterdemon, He owns a modified 1995 V6 Mustang If you would like to see more pictures or see what the car looked like when it was badly damaged, just PM me.
