Ok im hoping someone out there can help me, im taking my car in this weekend for the thunking anyway, so im hoping i can have some idea about what this noise and have them look at that at the same time. So last weekend we had alot of rain in here MD, i was taking my girlfriend back to her dorm after a halloween party, and when i was going to drop her off by the door so she didnt have to walk all the way in the rain i parked in a big puddle, and as shes gettin out and im sittin there, in gear with my foot on the brake, i hear a loud squeak noise that lasted about 3 second from the rear of the car.....then it stopped......then it did it again about 5 seconds later, for another 3 seconds.....anyone have this problem or know anything about it? any ideas on what it could be? i havent been able to simulate this sound again, nor have i heard it since.......i jus want a little more info when i take it into the dealer, otherwise ill get the usual excuses......i have a 2006 V6 automatic if that helps any.....thanks in advance for all the help guys......
