I'm interested in installing later Fox body, Sn95 or newer high back seats in my '66.  Can this be done without cutting new holes in my floor?  Will the new seat bracket holes match my stock floor holes?  Will my origional brackets mount to the new seat?  I  have seen this done before in magazines, one on a '67 and several in person on '65/'66.  Does someone make a retrofit kit?

You basicly take your seat brackets and make them fit the new seats some cuting and welding or spend some cash and buy some that bolt in.

All 2 door ford products from 1965 or so and up have the same spacing side to side for seat tracks so it is very easy to buy a late model seat, unbolt the seat tracks from you old vintage mustang seats, line up one of the holes on the new seat with the old track and drill a new hole for the front bolt of the seat track into the seat.  Then you can simply bolt the new seat into the stock location using all the stock hardware.  On seats 2000 or so and newer the base of the driver side seat is not flat so you have to fab up little spacers to hold the bracket straight...I did this using simple grade 8 washers when I put my 2001 Bullitt seats in my 65 mustang.
