I am truly amazed that half the people hear on this forum think that they can attain success through their Natural Tallent.
Just a thought, how do you compose that on a Resume??? I know that the college degree would actually get you an interview. As fas as the BS, I read 20 or so resumes a week and I regularly hire employees, I have yet to bring in someone that tells me they have natural tallent and can do the job. You are either going to need a degree or job history.

I say both!!! Knowing how to Bull$hit (Natural Talent) AND College degree. As for me - I'm skipping the college degree for now and getting into real estate. I will need my associates to become an appraiser however. OH GOD, I can see it now, everyone is going to tell me how bad the market is and that I'm making a bad choice. If you feel that way go ahead and challenge me but you probably don't have a great graspy on the real estate market or the economy anyway.

None taken ! I was just being stupid and didn't look at how old this thread was... I found it at the bottom of another thread as a related topic. But I will be more diligent to make sure I don't make the same newb mistake lol. OH and I made a new post about the moderators. Go check it out! And just know that I am just trying to have fun with that post and not trying to disrespect the moderators with it. I have complete resect for all the moderators and I don't want to break any of the sites rules.
