well, if your dad is a billionaire higher position, you might be ok. I think a college degree will make certain that you can get some kind of a decent job somewhere. knowing how to bull**** might help, but it's not certain. the college degree is the only thing that is certain out of the three.

degree doesn't guarantee anything, if you have a philosphy degree you will be working at mcdonalds along with all the other un-educated idiots

that's not true at all. you can be a substitute teacher with a degree. or sell insurance. or any other field that requires "a college degree". the other un-educated idiots can't.

what the hell, you people are wierd in the US a "degree" up here is only good if it is in a respectable field

why the **** do you need a college degree in fine arts to sell insurance?

I would rather have the guy with the ged at least he knows he's stupid, the people with the arts degrees like to pretend they actually know something
