Wondering if anybody has seen it done or if anybody has any expeirience with do in a T-5 to T-56 swap in a sixxer. I have a place to get the trans that will work but I'm just wondering if anybody know of anything that I might need to get like driveshaft, crossmember...etc. Or will all the stock stuff work.

Default RE: T-56?

im going to do it. but im buying a 6er long block from super six motor sports. My t-56 just arrived last week, i got a good deal on her, 1250 for it. To make it fit you have to have the proper holes drilled into the flywheel. As well as a 5.0 bellhousing, clutch arm, clutch, shifter, transmission cross-member, shortened driveshaft.
